THE OWNER

Meet Zach Faller

You deal directly with the owner from the first call through the work itself.

Hi, I’m Zach Faller, owner of Falcon Excavation & Land Management. I’ve called North Florida home for most of my life, and my love for tractors, heavy equipment, and working on the land started when I was young. What began as a childhood passion eventually grew into a business built around helping people improve and maintain their property.

Today, I work with homeowners, farmers, and landowners on projects like land clearing, grading, trenching, bush hogging, driveway prep, drainage work, and general excavation. Whether it’s cleaning up overgrown acreage, preparing a site, or making a property more usable, I take pride in doing the job right.

At Falcon, my approach is simple: show up when I say I will, communicate clearly, treat people fairly, and leave behind work I’m proud to put my name on. My goal is to provide dependable service, honest work, and lasting relationships with customers throughout the community.

Local Ground Matters

Ground, Water, And Access Decide The Plan

Sandy ground, summer rain, low spots, and ditch crossings change how a driveway, pad, pond, or access route should be handled. Zach looks at how the property is used before recommending the work.

Questions

Quick answers before you call

Here are a few quick answers before you call or request a quote.

What kind of excavation work does Falcon handle?

Falcon handles excavation and site development for driveways, culverts, grading, drainage, house pads, barn and shop pads, ponds, septic dig-outs, and rural site preparation.

Does Falcon work on rural properties outside Lake City?

Falcon serves Lake City and surrounding North Florida properties. Contact Zach with the property location and the service you need.

What should I send before asking for a quote?

Include the property location, what kind of work you need, access or wet-area notes, timeline, and a few photos if you have them.

Can Falcon help with driveways, culverts, and drainage?

Yes. Driveway installation, culvert installation, grading and earthwork, and drainage and ditch work often need to be discussed together because rural access depends on grade and water movement.

Yes, when it ties into access, grading, driveway work, pads, or other dirt work. Tree and stump work is treated as part of getting the property ready.

Can Falcon prepare a site for a house, barn, or shop?

Falcon can discuss house pads, barn pads, shop pads, grading, drainage, and access needs for rural build sites once Zach understands the property location and work area.

Who will I talk to when I call Falcon?

When you call Falcon, you talk directly with Zach.

Can Falcon help if I am not sure whether I need grading, drainage, or excavation?

Yes. Tell Zach what you’re trying to accomplish with the property and what is giving you trouble. He can help sort out whether the job calls for grading, drainage, excavation, culvert work, or a mix of services.
